What survey do you need?
RICS Level 2 Home Survey
A RICS Level 2 home survey is suitable for most flats and conventional houses built after 1900 in a reasonable condition. The report is presented with clear 'traffic light' ratings of the condition of different elements on the building, services, garages and any permanent outbuildings.
Drone survey is included.
RICS Level 3 Building Survey
A RICS Level 3 building survey may be needed if you're purchasing an older, larger, altered, unusual or run-down property. Additionally, if you're planning major renovation works this may be the better option for you. It includes an outline of repair options, any potential hidden problems and advice on future maintenance.

Roof Drone Survey
Are you worried that the property you're purchasing will have hidden roof defects that may not be picked up on a traditional survey?
If so, our standalone roof drone survey may be extremely useful to you. Drones can quickly capture high-resolution images and videos of hard-to-reach areas, which allows us to identify potential hidden issues.
