HOME SURVEY (LEVEL 2)
Escape Surveyors specialise in traditional pre-purchase Home Surveys. These are suitable for most conventional houses built after 1900, in a reasonable condition. The report is presented with clear 'traffic light' ratings of the condition of different elements of the building, services, garage and permanent outbuildings.
BUILDING SURVEY (LEVEL 3)
A more in-depth building survey may be needed if you're purchasing an older, larger, altered, unusual or run-down property. Additionally, if you're planning major renovation works this may be the better option for you. It includes an outline of repair options, any potential hidden problems and advice on future maintenance.
